常温多功能黑色金属表面处理液的研制

【摘要】 以H3PO4、ZnO及H为主要原料，制得了一种常温下应用的多功能钢铁表面处理液．其性能指标达到了GB／T12612－90要求，并讨论了其作用机理．

【Abstract】 A polyfunctional surface treatment fluid for ferrous metal used at thenormal temperature is developed by taking H3PO4,ZnO,and H as the main raw materials. Itsperformance and parameters have reahed the standard of GB/T12612-90. Its action mechanism is also briefly discussed.
