【Abstract】 A reliability calculation method is proposed for arbitrary stress strength distribution and the 1th order polynomial interpolation combined with the 3rd order spline function is applied to take the place of graphic representation in this paper.Calculation accuracy is improved and the unstability problem of higher order polynomial has been solved,which makes the calculating results more reasonable and more accurate.
