在体胫骨振动特性互谱分析

【摘要】 文章对叩击声在骨中的振动互谱特性进行了分析.方法:选20例男性健康者,采用质量为2.2g的YD-8-D型加速度计拾振,测试时将弹性加速度计系于待测对象上,采样频率为25kHz,时间小于100ms.待测肢水平放置,两加速度计间距为10cm.击振点距近端加速度计5cm,每次测试时叩击12~15次,相邻两次间隔大于0.5秒.结果:不同对象之间互谱主频存在一定差异,但同一对象左右胫骨振动的互谱基本相同,这为临床测试提供比较依据,根据骨折肢和正常肢互谱主频差异,可评价骨折愈合程度.

【Abstract】 The vibrational cross-power spectrum characteristic of the tibia in vivo is analyzed in the paper. There is discrepancy of the peak frequencies of acoustic cross-power spectrum in a number of different individiuals. But, the peak values for the left and right tibia of each healthy individual are the same in vivo. It provided an objective criterion for clinical test. According to the difference in comparing the peak frequency of the normal limb with that of the fracture limb, we can estimate the fracture healing.
