【摘要】 本文介绍修复胫前窄长创面的一种手术方法。通过对２４例成人小腿隐动脉、腓浅动脉以及大隐静脉的解剖学观测，设计了位于创面两侧分别含隐动脉及腓浅血管的双蒂皮瓣用于修复窄而长的胫前创面，取得满意效果。１９９５年３月～１９９８年２月已修复该类创面１２例，术后皮瓣全部成活，小腿外形美观。随访３个月到２年，胫骨骨折病人均于４个月获骨性愈合，皮瓣生长良好。更多还原

【Abstract】 According to the anatomic study to saphenons artery and superficial peroneal vessel on 24 legs of adult cadavers,the double-pedicle flap containing saphenous artery and the double-pedicle flap containing superficial peroneal vessel were designed and used to repair wound which was long and narrow in front of tibia with a satisfactory result.From March 1995 to February 1998,12 cases were treated with the operative ways.All the flap survived.The apperance is satisfactory.Follow-up was from 3 months to 2 years.The flap survived well.Fracture of tibia healed after 4 months.更多还原
