【Abstract】 The activities of serum lysozyme and interitoneal phagocytes of Cyprinus carpio increse after intraperitoneal injection with deactivation.The highest activities emerged 72 hours after the last immunization,the phagocytic ration was 39.83% and phagocytic index was 1.827,compared with the ration of 26.70% and the index of 1.286 in the control group;the activity of serum lysozyme was 68 400 U/ml, compared with that of 20 190 U/ml in the control group.It is suggested that to enhance the nonspecific immunity of fish is an imporant immunological mechanism of fish vaccines.更多还原
