一类偶对称势垒透射系数的数值解法
A NUMERICAL SOLUTION OF THE TRANSMISSION COEFFICIENT FOR ONE KIND OF POTENTIAL BARRIERS WITH EVEN PARITY
【摘要】 把薛定谔方程的散射态和驻波态联系起来,发展了一种用来求解一些偶对称势垒透射系数的数值方法.对于一些势垒,透射系数的精确解析表达式是无法得到,而利用该方法既可以精确地求出透射系数,又可以求出偶宇称和奇宇称波函数的位相.对于双势垒,利用透射系数可以准确地给出束缚态能级.作为例子,我们利用该方法求解了一种单势垒和一种双势垒的透射系数和对应的偶宇和奇宇称波函数的位相.这些结果清楚了显示了微观粒子在受到势垒散射时的运动性质.
【Abstract】 The paper develops a new numerical method to calculate the transmission coefficient for one kind of potential barrier with even parity. In this method, the scattering states and the standing states of Schrodinger equation are connected. Therefore, the transmission coefficients and phases for wave functions with even and odd parities can be solved for such kind of barriers where those quantities have no analytical expressions. The transmission coefficient can be used to determine the energy of bound states for double barriers. As examples, we solve the transmission coefficients and phases for three single typed barriers and one double typed barrier which clearly display the properties of particles scattered by the barriers.
