【摘要】 应用免疫组织化学技术检测１０例正常子宫内膜、２２例不典型增生和４２例子宫内膜癌组织Ｐ１６蛋白的阳性表达率。结果显示，子宫内膜癌组织Ｐ１６蛋白阳性表达率为６９％，低于正常子宫内膜（１００％）和不典型增生组织（９１％）；高分化肿瘤的Ｐ１６蛋白阳性表达率高于低分化者，但Ｐ１６蛋白的阳性表达率与子宫内膜癌临床分期无关；子宫内膜癌患者Ｐ１６蛋白表达阴性者较阳性者预后差。提示Ｐ１６基因可能参与子宫内膜癌的发生，Ｐ１６蛋白表达可作为预测子宫内膜癌患者预后的一个重要指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of P 16 protein in 10 cases of normal endometrium,22 cases of atypical hyperplasia,and 42 cases of endometrial carcinoma The results showed that the positive expression rate(69%)of P 16 protein in endometrial carcinoma was lower than that in normal endometriums(100%)and atypical hyperplasias(91%),and the positive expression rate of P 16 protein in high differentiating tumors was higher than that in low differentiating tumors However the expression of P 16 protein was not correlated with the surgical staging of endometrial carcinoma The prognosis of patients with P 16 protein negetive expression was poor It suggest that the inactivation of P 16 gene may be involved in the carcinogenesis of endometrial carcinoma,and the expression of P 16 protein may be a useful prognosticator of endometrial carcinoma更多还原
