【摘要】 对６７例水平性共同性斜视患者，于术前采用三棱镜加交替遮盖法测量斜视角，Ａ或Ｂ超测量眼轴长度。对正常眼轴者按常规手术量施术，非正常眼轴者按调整手术量施术。远期（术后≥６周）随访正位率为８４．９１％，内斜视（８１．８２％）与外斜视（８７．１０％）术后正位率无显著性差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）。表明术前应用超声测量眼轴可提高水平性共同性斜视的一次手术成功率。更多还原
