【Abstract】 By removing esophogus through left thorax and transplanting pediculate muscle flaps to anastomotic place of neck esophagus and stomach to treat 121 patients with esophageal carcinoma and 5 patients with cracked esophagus The advantages of the method are that the trauma is smaller,the trace of anastomosing esophagus and stomach throngh left thorax is the shortest one and accord with the human physiologic demands,transplanting pediculate muscle flap can prevent anastomotic leakage and gastric juice reflux更多还原
