【摘要】 采用ＲＴ－ＰＣＲ技术对２０例健康对照者和５８例不同心功能状态心脏病患者进行外周血淋巴细胞β１受体ｍＲＮＡ水平测定。结果发现心功能Ⅱ级患者的β１受体ｍＲＮＡ已开始下降，心功能Ⅳ级患者下降５０％以上，下降程度和心脏受损的严重程度呈正相关。说明β１受体ｍＲＮＡ在心功能不全的发生发展过程中起有重要作用更多还原

【Abstract】 Since 1997,we investigated 20 healthy controls and 58 heart patients with different cardiac function class and measured their blood lymphocyte β 1 receptor mRNA levels by RT PCR The results denoted that β 1 receptor mRNA was already decreased in cardiac function class Ⅱ patients and about 50% reduction in cardiac function class IV patients The reduction had a positive relativity with the severity of myocardial impairment It indicated that β 1 receptor mRNA played an important role in the genesis and development of heart failure更多还原
