【摘要】 对５０例缺血性脑梗塞患者进行磁共振成像与磁共振血管造影对照研究。结果显示：梗塞面积与闭塞血管大小基本成正比；补偿血流和侧枝循环的建立是动脉干闭塞后产生不同大小梗塞的重要因素更多还原

【Abstract】 In 50 patients with cerebral ischemic infarction,T1 weighted imaging,T2 weighted imaging,and three dimensional time of flight sepuence were performed Results indicate that infarct size is direct proportion to the size of occlusive vessel,and the presence of collateral circulation minimizes infarct size更多还原
