【摘要】 对３７ 例经多次后鼻孔填塞止血失败的顽固性鼻出血患者，在Ｘ线监视下行超选择栓塞责任血管或颈内动脉瘤、动—静脉瘘口，结果全部栓塞成功，仅１例出现并发症。认为血管内栓塞术是一种安全、有效的止血方法；熟练的操作技术和超选择栓塞是预防严重并发症发生的必要措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 cases of patients with uncontrollable epistaxis were treated by the embolization following vascular angiographic localization.All cases were cured and only one case had a serious complication. The clinical feature of massive epistaxis due to injury in the intracarernous segment of the internal carotid artery were also discussed.Embolization is the safe and effective method of stopping uncontrolable epistaxis.The technique of embolization,superselective embolization and so on are all important measures in the decreasing severe complication更多还原
