【Abstract】 We designed the PSAID to overcome the angle error in the spinal pedicle screw install by the surgeons we measured the data on the CT and X ray film before operation such as TSA and SSA of pedicle,the length and transverse diameter of pedicle and acreage of the vertebral canal Then adjusted degrees of TSA and SSA on the device to complete operation After operation,CT and X ray film were taken again to observe the angles and depth of screws in the pedicles so that the device was appraised 56 cases were used with the device on operation and all acquired good outcomes更多还原
