【摘要】 在为１７６例过敏性鼻炎、鼻窦炎和内翻乳头状瘤患者行鼻内窥镜手术的同时行鼻中隔手术，其中行鼻中隔粘膜下切除术４２例，矫正术６７例，成形术４９例，改良粘膜下切除术１８例，其中１８岁以下者３６例。术后随访３个月以上，３例出现鼻中隔与下鼻甲粘连，分离后痊愈，余无其它并发症，作者在术中用自制的吸引剥离器边吸引，边用其前部分离粘软骨膜，粘骨膜与软骨、骨间的连接。吸引剥离器的吸引孔始终朝向鼻中隔软骨或骨，不封闭其外部侧孔，减少了吸力，并避免了血染内窥镜镜面。更多还原

【Abstract】 One hundred and seventysix cases of rhinallergosis,nasal sinusitis and nasal inverted papilloma were treated by intranasal endoscopic surgery and nasal septum surgery.Among them,42 cases were treated by submucous resection of nasal septum,67 cases were treated by correction,49 cases were treated by plastic operation,18 cases were treated by modified submucous resection.Followed up over 3 months,only 3 cases occurred adhesion of the nasal septum and inferior turbinate,and they were cured with isolation method,other complications were not occurred.During the operation,suction detacher made by authors was used,it isolated the connection between mucoperichondrium,mucoperiosteum and cartilage,bone while attraction.The suction was always against nasal septum,cartilage or bone,and the lateral pore was not closed,so decreased attractive force and avoided blood staining of eyeglass for endoscope.更多还原
