【摘要】 ２１例行全喉切除术后０．５～５年行气管造口扩大术，以能在气管造口置放发音钮，造瘘口上下径为２．０ｃｍ，左右径为１．５ｃｍ。全喉切除术中气管造口狭窄的主要原因有瘘口不够大或瘢痕形成，气管造口扩大术有：各种“Ｚ”字形成形，放射状切口成形，环形皮肤切除，侧裂开鱼嘴形造口成形，三角形皮瓣成形及双“Ｖ”字形切除插入皮瓣等更多还原

【Abstract】 Twenty one cases treated total laryngectomy before 0.5 5 years were treated operation of enlarging the tracheostoma.The kink for phonating was placed on the tracheostoma.The length of the stoma was 2.0cm,the width was 1.5cm.The main factor for stricture of the stoma was that the stoma was not large enough or there was scar.The tracheostoma was enlarged by making “Z”shape incision,removing circular skin,etc.更多还原
