【摘要】 采用改良上颌窦根治术低位 Ｌ 型切口治疗上颌窦炎、息肉及囊肿 １２０ 例，并在上颌窦息肉及囊肿手术中鼻腔内不开窗治疗；同时与 １２０ 例传统上颌窦根治术进行对照。经术后观察及随访，治疗组术后面部肿胀及肿胀消退时间均明显优于传统手术组（ Ｐ＜ ００１），面部及牙齿麻木消退时间明显短于传统手术组（ Ｐ＜ ００１），局部疼痛症状轻于传统手术组（ Ｐ＜ ００５），复发率降低（ Ｐ＜ ００５）。证实改良上颌窦根治术低位 Ｌ 型切口近期及长期治疗效果可靠，上颌窦息肉及囊肿手术中是否行鼻腔内开窗对手术效果影响不明显。更多还原

【Abstract】 One hundred and twenty cases of maxillary sinusitis,maxillary polyp and maxillary cyst were treated,using maxillary sinus radical treatment with low incision of“L”type and no window was made.Compared with 120 cases treated by traditional maxillary sinus radical treatment,the authors found that the state of tumefaction in treatment group were obviously superior than that in traditional operation group(P<0.01),the disappearance of facial and teeth numbness was significantly quicker than that in traditional treating group (P<0.01),local pain was lighter than that in traditional group (P<0.05),and the recurrence rate reduced (P<0.05).The results proved that this method is reliable and whether making window has not much relation to effects on surgical results.更多还原
