【摘要】 测定了 ６２ 例睡眠呼吸暂停综合征（ Ｓ Ａ Ｓ）男性患者和 ３３ 名同龄组正常男性血浆脂类水平。结果显示 Ｓ Ａ Ｓ组 Ｔ Ｃ Ｈ、 Ｔ Ｇ、 Ｖ Ｌ Ｄ Ｌ、 Ｌ Ｄ Ｌ、ａｐｏ Ｂ１００ 的水平显著高于正常组。而 Ｈ Ｄ Ｌ 和ａｐｏ Ａ Ｉ的水平显著低于正常组。提示 Ｓ Ａ Ｓ患者冠心病发病率高与血浆脂类水平有密切的关系。更多还原

【Abstract】 The plasma lipids in 62 patients with sleep apnea syndromes(SAS)and in 33 normal peoples of the same age regarded as controls were determined.The results showed that the levels of TCH,TG,VLDL,LDL and apoB100 in patients with SAS were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05 ～ 0.001),but the level of HDL and apoAl were significantly lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05 ～ 0.001).It is suggested that the high incidence of coronary heart disease in patients with SAS has close relationship with the level of blood lipid.更多还原
