【摘要】 根据使用情况对第一台国产ＣＣＳ－１４０高频红外碳硫分析仪的气路系统、管路长度、高频炉冷却系统等进行了改造，使仪器的分析精度碳ＲＳＤ由小于等于１％提高到小于等于０．５％，硫ＲＳＤ由小于等于３％提高到小于等于２．０％（对中碳、中硫而言），准确度也有提高，故障率下降。改进后的仪器其技术性能与国际同类仪器相当。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the using condition the air circuiet system and cooling system of high frequency furnace and length of pipeline of CCS-140 high frequency infrared carbonsulphur analyzer manufactured by our country are reformed.The analyzing accuracy of this analyzer is enhanced,carbon RSD is enhanced from small or equal to 1% to small or equal to 0.5%,sulphur RSD is enhanced from small or equal to 3% to small or equal to 2%,and the accident ratio of operation is decreased.Through improving the technique property of this analyzer is equal with international same analyzer.更多还原
