自制SDMC-2液对人右心房肌小梁低温延时保存后收缩功能的实验研究

【摘要】 为提高离体心脏保存效果,简化心脏保存方式,将人右心房肌小梁,保存在SDMC-2 液中,0℃保存8h 后,放入常温(37℃)并通入95% O2+ 5% CO2 混合气体的KH 液中,测量肌小梁的收缩强度。结果表明:SDMC-2 液保存组肌小梁收缩强度明显优于对照组(P< 0.001),于30m in 观察期间无下降。SDMC-2 液低温长时间保存人右心房肌小梁,效果好,收缩功能恢复快

【Abstract】 To enhance isolated heart preservation effect and simplify heart preservation method, SDMC 2 solution(Shandong Medical University Cardiosol 2) was prepared according to the authors recipe. After a 8 hours preservation period at 0℃, human right atrial trabeculae were immersed in a KH solution maintained at 37℃ and aerated with 95%O 2+5%CO 2 restimulated and then recovery of function was monitored for 30 minutes. The results showed that SDMC 2 solution provided the best recovery of developed force of trial myocardium (P<0.001) which had not been decreasing for 30 minutes. SDMC 2 solution has the best preservation effect of the tested solutions.
