铅和乙醇对大鼠睾丸超微结构的联合作用

【摘要】 经口给予雄性Wister大鼠醋酸铅22m g/kg、乙醇1.8g/kg 及铅和乙醇混合染毒4 周。电镜观察睾丸显示,铅组、乙醇组基膜电子密度、厚度均发生明显改变,混合染毒除以上改变外,基膜及基膜下组织增厚,高度皱褶,甚至断裂。铅组支持细胞细胞器模糊,线粒体不完整;乙醇组支持细胞内溶酶体较多;混合染毒组支持细胞、精原细胞的胞质内多见大空泡;核帽期精细胞顶体短小,顶体颗粒消失,线粒体空化;精子断面拖有过多且有空泡的胞质,顶体帽短小不对称;间质细胞溶酶体、大的脂滴明显增多,滑面内质网、高尔基复合体、线粒体明显减少,表明铅和乙醇对大鼠睾丸的超微结构有联合增毒作用

【Abstract】 Electron microscopic studies were performed to investigate the influence of lead acetate and ethanole and mixed treatment on ultrastructure of rat testis. Compared with control rats, the thickness and density of basement membrane were changed in both lead and ethanole groups. In the mixed group, in addition to above changes, marked folds and fault zones of basement membrane were observed. In Sertoli cells, the lead group appeared breakage mitochondria, the ethanole group obviously increased the number of lysosome and the mixed group showed some big vacuolisations cell cytoplasm. There were also significant damages on ultrastructure of spermatogenic cell and Leydig cell in the mixed group. These results suggested that lead acetate and ethanole have combined damage effects on ultrastructure in rat testis.
