等高植物篱在南方湿润山区坡地的应用——以三峡库区紫色土坡地为例
THE APPLICATION OF THE CONTOUR HEDGEROWS IN THE HUMID MOUNTAINOUS AREAS OF SOUTH CHINA TAKING THE PURPLE SOIL SLOPE LAND IN THE THREE_GORGE RESERVOIR REGION AS AN EXAMPLE
【摘要】 针对南方湿润山区易受侵蚀的特点,以三峡库区紫色土为例,从防止细沟的侵蚀、树篱与带间作物的竞争、坡地的土地利用率等基本方面探讨了等高植物篱的适合带间距,并推导了可实际应用的估算公式。
【Abstract】 Recently, the application of the contour hedgerows became an important way of the utilization and conservation of slopeland. However, the integrated studies on the suitable distance between the contour hedgerows were scarce. A suitable distance can effectively alleviate soil erosion while the agroforestry system obtains the maximum efficiency of landuse. The objective of this study was to discuss the suitable distance between the counter hedgerows in order to offer some theoretical references for the humid mountainous areas applying the contour hedgerows technology in South China. According to these areas where serious water erosion can easily generate, this paper argued that there are four bases of designing the suitable distance. They are: 1. Effectively alleviating the soil erosion; 2. Decreaing the competitions between hedgerows and crops; 3. The distance being suitable for tillage; 4. The efficiency of landuse being the maximum. Therefore, the minimum distance between the contour hedgerows should make the efficiency of landuse of the agroforestry system be higher than that of the field engineering system(such as the terraces). The maximum distances should be shorter than the critical slope length of the rill generating. This paper deduced some simple equations for calculating the maximum and minimum distances. If the calculated maximum distance is longer than the minimum, it can be chosen as the upper limit of suitable distance. In addition, the result indicates the efficiency of landuse of the agroforestry system be higher than that of the field engineering system in the area. Taking the purple soil slopeland in the Three_Gorge Reservoir Region as an example, this paper calculated the maximum and minimum distances. The result was that the minimum distance is 2.58m, and the maximum is 5.90m. Therefore, the suitable distance in this area should not exceed 5.90m. Besides the factors for designing the suitable distance discussed in this paper, the further research is essential.
