【摘要】 四川省水电资源在其能源资源构成中占绝对优势，但目前开发利用程度极低。本文就在市场经济条件下如何开展电力规划等情况进行了分析，提出四川省的水电资源开发应纳入全国一次能源平衡、雅砻江和金沙江下游河段水电资源“一条线”实现流域、梯级、滚动开发的设想，并提出电力建设所在地与受电地区共享电力企业的地方税收建议，以利“西电东送”格局的形成和发展，促进全国能源资源优化配置。更多还原

【Abstract】 The paper analyses how to carry on electric planning,etc.under marketing economic condition,advances the ideas that the hydroelectric resources exploitation of Sichuan Province should brought into primary energy balance of whole country and the “One Line” of hydroelectric resources on Yalongjiang River and upstream reaches of Jinshajiang River realize the basin,cascade and rolling exploitation,and presents recommandation that the seat of electric construction and electro benefited areas share the local faxes of electric enterprises.更多还原
