电力需求侧管理刍议
Tentative Suggestions for the Demand Side Management(DSM)in Power Pool
【摘要】 阐明了电力需求侧管理（ＤＳＭ）的基本概念，列举了国内外成功实施ＤＳＭ 的实例及采取的主要措施，并对ＤＳＭ 的计算机管理控制系统和各部分的功能作了简要介绍．
【Abstract】 The elementary conception of DSM is introduced. The successful living examples of DSM at home and abroad are also enumerated. The computer control management system and its elementary functions of the partions for DSM are introduced briefly.
