离子渗氮层的冲蚀及破坏机理的研究

【摘要】 研究了38CrMoAl、40Cr 和灰口铸铁的离子渗氮层的冲蚀性能及破坏机理。讨论了材料的冲蚀与时间、攻角、速度和材料硬度的关系;离子渗氮层的冲蚀破坏机理;材料离子渗氮层呈现微切削和疲劳剥落,有脆性断裂特征,属于应力疲劳断裂;离子渗氮层在冲蚀破坏中可能首先在过渡层产生裂纹。

【Abstract】 The erosion damage and its mechanism for 38CrMoAl, 40Cr and grey cast iron treated in plasma nitriding process are studied in this paper. And also, the relationship with time, incidence, velocity and the hardness of materials is discussed. The mechanism of the erosion damage occurred in the plasma nitrided layers is that erosion shows fatigue breaking off, micro cutting and micro cracking which having the characteristics of stress fatigue fracture. The cracks maybe occured firstly in the diffusion layer of the plasma nitrided layer in erosion damage.
