中毒性周围神经病的肌电图及神经电图分析
ANALYSIS OF ELECTROMYOGRAM AND ELECTRONEUROGRAM ON TOXIC PERIPHERAL NEUROPATHY
【摘要】 目的:探讨肌电图,神经电图对中毒性周围神经病的诊断价值及预后评估。方法:对25例中毒性周围神经病患者进行肌电图、神经电图检查。结果:68块被检肌肉30块(44.1%)出现自发电位;106条运动神经传导速度(MCV)测定,53条(50%)减慢,60条(56.6%)动作电位波幅降低;71条感觉神经传导速度(SCV)测定,34条(47.8%)减慢,56条(78.8%)动作电位波幅降低。结论:中毒性周围神经病的肌电、神经电图改变均为周围神经损害,表现为髓鞘和轴索同时受损,并以轴索受损为主。为临床诊断、鉴别诊断以及了解病损程度均有重要价值。
【Abstract】 Objectives:To explore value of electromyogram (EMG) and electroneu-rogram (ENG), in diagnostic and estimating prognosis of toxic peripheral neuropathy (TPN). Methods: 25 cases with were studied TPN by EMG and ENG. Result:30 of 68muscles examined appeared autogenesis potential (44.1%). In 106 motor condution velocity (MCV) measured, there were 53 MCV reduced (50%). amplitude of 60 action potential ware lower (56.6%). In 71 sensory conduction velocity (SCV) measured, there were 34 SCV reduced (47. 8%) ,and amplitude of 56 (78- 8%) action potential were lower. Con-clustion: The study of EMG and ENG showed the lesions of peripheral nerve in all cases. Its manifestation was the lesion of myelin sheath and axon and axonal lesion was major. These may provide an important value for clinic diagnosis, differential diagnosis and understand degree of lesion in TPN.
