专用磨床CNC系统的设计与研究
The Deaign of a Control Systaem for a CNC Grinder 3MK8316
【摘要】 以3MK8316磨床为例讨论了CNC系统的模块化组成原理,并给出了用于控制系统的硬件及软件的模块化特征要点。控制系统以一台486DX工控机为核心,对*轴、Z轴丝杆进行数字伺胶控制,处理口路开关量输入信号、15路开关量输出信号与此同时路手摇脉搏冲发生器产生的机床调整信号。虽然本控制系统仅控制两组伺服装置,但其设计组成原理可以很方便地应用于轴或多轴数控系统的研制。
【Abstract】 A configuration of a controlsystemuoed for a CNC grinder 3MK8316 inpreoentedin this paper.The featureo of the hardworre and thesoftware modelo uoed for the controlsystem which Is baoed on an InduotrialComputer with a 486DX CPU is alsointroduced The computercortrols twn alternatingservomotovs by the controllers of a servodriver,and it also deals with 15 outputsand 12 inputs. Although this contrdsystem is designed only for two axeo,themethod can be conveniently used for a CNCdevice with 3 akeo or more.
