【Abstract】 The fermentation of E .coli L asparaginase in shake flask is discussed. FeSo 4 Under the optimal culture conditions,the L asparaginase activity achieved 60u/ml.When the addition of is 0 01% and the addition of W agent is 2% in the mediums,the L asparaginase activity is increased respectively by 15% and 28%.The fermentation procss of L asparaginase is a process of large oxygen requirement.更多还原
