聚醚酮超滤膜的污染及其对滤速影响的研究

【摘要】 通过对不同孔径聚醚酮(PEK)超滤膜及其在不同实验条件下蛋白质对膜污染度的测定,研究了蛋白质溶液滤出速率的变化规律,并对污染机理进行了探讨。实验结果表明,pH值在3左右,温度为30℃时,PEK超滤BSA溶液的滤出速率较高;BSA对PEK膜的污染度较小。提出滤出速率随蛋白质溶液浓度提高呈线性下降是浓差极化与膜污染共同影响的结果,提高切向流动速度,降低浓差极化是降低膜污染度的有效方法之一。

【Abstract】 By determining different pore size and protein fouling values of polyetherketone(PEK) membranes under different experiment conditions, the change law of filtration rate of protein solution was studied, and the membrane fouling mechanism was discussed. The experiment results showed that the filtration rate of BSA solution was bigger for PH3, temperature 30℃ and the fouling value of BSA on PEK membrane was smaller. The filtration rate steadily decreased with increased the protein solution concentration, due to the combined effect of both concentration polarization and membrane fouling. The ultrafiltration process with high shear flow rate and low concentration polarization can decrease membrane fouling.
