用电泳萃取技术回收染料的实验研究
EXPERIMENTAL STUDY OF RECOVERY OF DYESTUFF BY ELECTRO-EXTRACTION TECHNIQUE
【摘要】 电泳萃取是一种新型的电泳与萃取技术耦合的分离技术。本文应用这种新型分离技术以正丁醇为萃取剂回收直接耐晒翠兰GL。在自行设计的连续电泳萃取池内实验研究了电场强度、两相流速等因素对丁醇萃取率及传质通量的影响。实验结果表明,电场强度的增大可以有效地提高溶质的萃取率,传质通量也随之增大;水相流速的增大有利于传质通量的增大,而回收率会有所下降;有机相流速的增大,将使萃取率和传质通量同时下降。由回收率的大小可以看出,电泳萃取分离技术是一种很好的处理染料水的方法
【Abstract】 Electro-extraction, an effective coupled technique of electrophoresis and solvent extraction for recovery of dyestuffs were used to recover direct fast turquoise blue GL from its dilute solution with n-butanol as solvent. The effect of electric field strength and two phase velocity on mass transfer characteristics in the separation process was studied in an electro-extraction equipment. The experimental results showed that the extraction rate and mass transfer flux increased with the field strength increasing. The mass transfer flux and extraction rate decreased with an increase of organic phase velocity. With the aqueous phase velocity increasing, the mass transfer flux increased, but the recovery extraction decreased.
