电渗析处理化纤厂去酸水的研究

【摘要】 本文采用电渗析法对化纤厂粘胶单丝淋洗废水的处理进行了试验研究。结果表明酸和盐可浓缩到200g/L,为蒸发回收固体Na2SO4 和H2SO4、ZnSO4 浓溶液奠定了基础,淡化水为35℃的软化水,可做洗涤用水。采用本工艺后,既可消除酸和锌对环境的污染,又可获得显著的经济效益

【Abstract】 The experimental study of washing wastewater treatmental from synthetic fiber plant was done with electrodialysis process, the results indicated that acid and salts can be concentrated to 200g/L, laying a foundation for the recovery of solid Na 2SO 4, concentrated H 2SO 4 and ZnSO 4 solution by evaporation process. The desalted water is softened water with 35±2℃, which will be used as washing. The process can eliminate environment pollution of H 2SO 4 and Zn 2+ , and achieve great economic benefit.
