新型PA高效减水剂的研究(1)——PA减水剂对水泥净浆流动度和混凝土抗压强度影响的研究
Studies on New PA High Range Water Reducing Agent for Concrete(1) ——Effect of PA Water Reducing Agent on the Cerment Paste Fludity and the Concrete Compressive Strength
【摘要】 将酚类磺化物与醛类进行共缩聚反应,所制得的共聚物具有羟基、磺酸基等亲水基团,并在反应过程中引入粘度调节剂,使所得共聚物性能稳定,制得了掺量范围为0.30 % ~0.60 % 、与多种水泥适应性好的混凝土高效减水剂。
【Abstract】 The copolmer with hydrophilic group such as hydroxy and sulfonate group etc. was obtained by the copolymerization of sulponate phenol and aldehyde.Using viscosity modifier,the copoplymer with stable propertities was obained.this copolymer,which miscible with varieties of cements, can be used as water reducing agent for concrete,its satisfactory added amount is 0.3%~0.6%.
