2-羟基3-氨基丙磺酸盐亚铁螯合物清除NOx的研究
Study on the Removal of NOx by Ferrous Chelates of Orthalkamine Sulfosalt
【摘要】 本文研究邻氨基酸磺酸盐的亚铁鳌合物清除NOx的原理和方法,并用气相色谱法监测NO清除体系中不断变化的NO浓度,NO清除率可达89%以上。经对不同人口浓度的NO进行实验,NO清除率均在80%以上,从而可为不同来源的NOx治理提供一种可供选择的方法。随着NO的吸收,Fe2+被氧化,NO吸收率逐渐下降。采用酸性条件下加锌粉还原高铁为亚铁的方法,可使吸收液再生而循环使用,再生吸收液的NO清除率仍可保持在80%左右。本研究不仅可降低NO治理成本,还可实现烟道气同时脱硫和脱硝。
【Abstract】 This paper deals with the use of ferrous complexes of orthalkamine sulfosaltfor the removal of NO in wet flue gas clean - up systems, and we use the gas chromatography to determine the comsistency of NO in the flue gas system. Orthogonal design is usedto optimize the experimental condition of the absorbing experiments, the absorbing effeciencyis 89 %. The effciencies of absorbing are all above 80% When we change the consistency ofthe inlet simulated gas, and it could provide a selective method for the absorption of NO.With the absorbing experiment going on, the ferrous ions could be oxidized into the ferricions, and it make the effeciencies of NO absorption is lowered. When the excess Zn powderis put into the solution and Fe2+ could be reduced back Fe3+. The experimental resultshowed that the effeciencies of the NO absorbing could still reach 80 % after the regenerationexperiment carried out, thus, it is possible that the recycle of the reagents. Thus, this process not only make the comprehensive utilization of the raw material, but also make it possible for the simultaneous removal of NO and SO2 in wet flue gas clean M up systems.
