大尾寒羊生长期能量需要量及代谢规律研究
THE ENERGY REQUIREMENT FOR GROWTH AND METABOLIC RULE OF FAT-TAIL SHEEP
【摘要】 选择3月龄大尾寒羊8只,采用饲养试验、消化代谢试验、气体能量代谢试验和比较屠宰试验等手段,研究生长期能量需要量及代谢规律,试验分前期(90~135日龄)和后期(136~180日龄)两个阶段进行。研究结果表明:试羊干物质和有机物质日采食量分别为1077.3g和1007.7g,代谢能进食量为942KJ/d,平均日增重为0.1768kg。干物质、有机物质和总能表观消化率后期显著高于前期(P<0.05),而能量代谢率前后期间无差异(P>0.05),甲烷能占总能进食量为10.11%。气体能量代谢试验结果表明,CO2排出量、O2消耗量、畜体产热量和呼吸熵前后间无差异(P>0.05),其平均值分别为20.78L/kgW0.75·d、23.47L/kgW0.75·d、481.7KJ/kgW0.75·d和0.886。大尾寒羊生长期维持代谢能需要量为447LW0.75KJ/d,每增重1kg需要17725KJ代谢能,维持效率为0.792,增重效率为0.375,大尾寒羊生长期代谢能总需要量(MER)可由下式求得:MER=447W0.75+NEg/KpfNEg=6229.6△W+27.3W-380.6Kpf=0.375式中,MER和?
【Abstract】 Select eight fat-tail sheep with feeding trail. Digestion and metabolism experiments, gas and energy metabolism experiment and slaughtering test were carried out in order to study the energy reguirement and metablic rule of the growing sheep. The experiments were divided into two periods:the early lactation (90-135 day) and the later lactation (136-180day). The results of the experiments showed that the intakes of dry mather (DM) and organic mather (OM) were 1077.3 and 1007.7 grams, the intakes of metabolizable energy was 9421KJ/d,the average weight gain per day was 0.1768 kelograms. The apparent digertibility of dry matter, Organic matter and gross energy in Latter lactation were higher than early lactation (P<0.05),but no change was found in the energy metabolic rule between early lactation and later lactation (P<0.05), menthance energy was 10.11% of the gross energy intake. The result of the gas metabolism experiment showed CO2O2the heat production and the respiratery quatient between early lactation and later lactation was the same (P>0.05), The average result were 20.78L/kgW0.75d, 23.47L/kgW0.75d, 481.7KJ/kgW0.75d and 0.886.
