【Abstract】 A study was conducted to compare the extraction efficients of aflatoxins B 1 from naturally contaminated corn with different solvents and solvent/corn ratios.The results show that better extraction efficients were found by using the following solvents:60% methanol/water at 6:1 (ml/g) solvent to sample ratio;80% acetone/water at 5:1,6:1(ml/g)solvent to sample ratio and 90% acetonitrile/water at 4:1(ml/g)solvent to sample ratio.Extraction liquid was treated with petroleum ether to raze the fat,extracted by using chloroform and concentrated by reducing pressure.The AFB 1 was determined with high efficient liquid chromatography(LC).更多还原
