大脑连合纤维的正中矢状位MRI与解剖标本对照研究

【摘要】 结合15例正常成人头部正中矢状面标本,对30例正常成人大脑的连合纤维在正中矢状位MRIT1加权像上的表现进行观测。结果显示:胼胝体膝部及压部较厚,而干部较薄,尤其是干部后方。前连合位于终板后分,呈卵圆形,长径约为2.5mm、穹窿体较穹窿脚厚。这些连合纤维束在MRIT1加权像上信号较高呈灰白色影像。

【Abstract】 T1-weighted imaging in MRI of thirty cases of the cerebral commissural fibers were compared with fifteen anatomic samples,and the cerebral commissural fibers were measured in the middle sagittal slices. Results showed: The genu and splenium of corpus callosum were thicker than the body,and foe posterior part of the body was thinner than the anterior part. The anterior commissure located in the posterior part of the lamina terminalis was oval with the wider diameter of about 2. 5mm. The crus fornicis was thicker than the columna fornicis.All these cerebral commissural fibers had high intensity in T1 weighted imagings.
