【摘要】 恶性肿瘤的浸润转移是恶性肿瘤患者的主要死亡原因，而肿瘤细胞对淋巴管的浸润与肿瘤的转移密切相关、本文运用石蜡切片ＨＥ染色和超薄切片透射电镜观察，发现癌周淋巴管存在肿瘤细胞浸润时，内皮细胞之间开放连接明显增多，癌细胞通过开放连接进入淋巴管，同时淋巴管内皮细胞发生溶解破坏。本文也运用图象分析处理技术，对内皮细胞胞质内的质膜小泡、线粒体、粗面内质网进行分析，为探讨肿瘤淋巴管的浸润转移机理提供形态学依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Invasion and metastasis is main cause of death in malignant tumours. It is correlation that malignant tumor cells of invasion to lymphatic vessels and initial lymphatics with lymphatic metastasis. The light and transmissional electron microscopy (TEM) are employed in the study. The Observation showed that lymphatic endothelial cell of open junctions are significantly increased,when there are invasion of malignant tumor cell in peripherial initial lymphatics of colon cancer. Cancer cells enter initial lymphatic by open junction. In the same time,endothelial cells are dissolved and destroyed. In this paper the cytoplasmic vesicles,mitochondria and rough endoplasmic reticulum were analysed by image analysis. The study will provide morphological basis for metastastatic mechanism research of malignant tumor.更多还原
