H_n~+离子的产生和鉴别
THE FORMATION AND DISCRIMINATION OF H + n IONS
【摘要】 作者从高频离子源产生的离子束中，分析证实存在Ｈ＋４和Ｈ＋５的团簇离子．对１．８ＭｅＶ的Ｈ＋４和Ｈ＋５信号的能谱测量表明，它们极容易分解成Ｈ＋４，Ｈ＋３，Ｈ＋２［Ｈ２］和Ｈ＋［Ｈ］等产物．并从实验事实出发，对Ｈ＋４和Ｈ＋５的形成和分解反应作了分析讨论
【Abstract】 The authors report that there exist the cluster ions H + 4 and H + 5 in the ion beam of RF ion source.From the results of their energy spectra,the authors found that H + 4 and H + 5 dissociate into various products very easily.Their formation and dissociation reactions were analysed and discussed.
