光活性苄亚胺环钯配合物的合成
SYNTHESIS OF OPTICAL ACTIVE CYCLOPALLADATED DERIVATIVES OF ARYLIMINE
【摘要】 在无水乙醇溶剂中实现了4-甲氧基苯甲醛与L-丙胺酸甲酯的亲核加成反应,制得了光活性的N-(2′-丙胺酸甲酯)苄亚胺.后者与乙酸钯、卤化锂或碘化钾作用,可分别制得由卤原子桥连而成的苄亚胺环钯化合物二聚体,它们可与三苯基膦或吡啶生成相应的苄亚胺环钯配合物.其产物结构分别经比旋光度、元素分析和NMR谱测定
【Abstract】 methoxybenzaldehyde reacts with L alanine methyl ester hydrochloride in ethanol to give new chiral arylinine (+) (s) 4 CH 3O C 6H 4 CH=NCH(CH 3)COOCH 3 (1).Cyclopalladation of the imine with Pd(AcO) 2 in AcOH followed by treatment with LiCl,LiBr or KI gives the corresponding di u halogen bridged organometallics (+) (s) [Pd{4 MeO C 6H 3 CH=NCH(Me)COOMe}(u-X)] 2 (2) (a X=Cl,b X=Br,c X=I).subsequent treatment of di u halogen bridgedcompounds with PPh 3 and Pyridine in acetone yields corresponding cyclopalladated derivatives.All products have been characterized by elemental analysis,NMR and optical rotation.
