【Abstract】 Comparison of the effects of five clarifying agents (alum,silica gel,polyaluminium chloride,etc.)shows that polyaluminium chloride (PAC)is most suitable for the clarification of green tea liquor.A better parameter (pH6,15℃ and a use ratio of 0\^1%)is obtained according to the results of an Lq3 4 orthogonal experiment.更多还原
