【摘要】 马克思和恩格斯晚年虽然明确地把共产主义社会区分为高级和低级两个发展阶段，但是他们对这两个阶段全社会范围的公有制是否有区别的问题，基本没有进行探讨。他们通过批判资本主义所提出的关于建立全社会范围的公有制的设想，长期被人们误认为也适用于社会主义国家所有制，结果造成严重制约社会生产力发展的“左”的做法。本文认为，作为社会主义低级形态的社会主义国家所有制，是以社会主义国家为媒介的间接公有制。正确认识社会主义国家所有制的间接公有制性质，有着重大的理论和实践意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Although Marx and Engels in their late years differentiated definitely the communist society into two developmental stages- the initial stage and the advanced stage, yet they made few or no investigations into the poblem as to whethr there would be any derences in the public ownership betweenthe two stages withen the whole scope of areiety. While criticizing capitalism, they envisaged the establishment of a public ownership within the whole scope of aseiety- a theorp which has long been mistakenas also suitable for tha ownership by the socialist state, only to meul in those "left" practices whichhave impeded seriously the development of social productive forces. In this paper, the ownership by thesocialist stae as tha elementary form of socialism is considered to be an indirect public ownership with thesocialist state as the medium. Therefore, a correct understanding of the indirect public ownership natureof the ownership by the socialist state is of great theoretical and practical significance.更多还原
