供热机组变工况及其对经济性的影响
Off-design Conditions of a Heat Supply Unit and Their Influence on the Economic Performance of the Unit
【摘要】 针对传统的热经济性分析的不足,利用循环函数法提出了一个新的特性参数———热量多耗系数。并运用该指标,对供热机组(以苏联BΠT-50-2机组为例)在变工况运行条件下运行经济性的变化进行了分析。结果表明,借助于该指标的变化,可直接获得热电联产节煤量分析结果。
【Abstract】 In the light of a deficiency in the traditional analysis of thermal economic performance the authors have by utilizing a circulation function method proposed a new characteristic parameter, namely, heat quantity poly consumption factor. Through the use of this factor an analysis of the economic performance variation has been conducted of a heat supply unit (a former Soviet Union VPT 50 2 plant is taken as an example) operating under off design conditions. The results of the analysis show that with the help of the factor variation the results of analyzing the coal saving effect of a heat and electricity combined production plant can be directly obtained.
