新型肉松加工工艺的研究

【摘要】 本研究改变了肉松传统工艺的制做方法, 在制做过程中增加了绞碎工艺, 并添加了一定量的熟制面粉, 使成品呈现均匀一致的颗粒状
【Abstract】 The traditional processing method for Dried Meat Floss was modified in the study .Grinding was introduced into the process and a certain amount of cooked wheat flout was added.The end-product appeared to be uniform in granules.
