近超临界条件下直接合成碳酸二甲酯
DIRECT SYNTHESIS OF GASOLINE ADDITIVE DMC UNDER NEAR-SUPERCRITICAL CO2 CONDITIONS
【摘要】 在醋酸盐存在下,从近超临界CO2和甲醇直接合成了碳酸二甲酯。碳酸二甲酯产率在超临界流体特有的压力敏感区出现了最大值。甲醇浓度明显影响碳酸二甲酯的产率和选择性。表征结果表明醋酸盐在反应过程中是催化剂的前驱物。提出了近超临界CO2条件下碳酸二甲酯形成的机理。
【Abstract】 Dimethyl carbonate was directly synthesized from near-supercritical CO 2 and methanol in the presence of nickel acetate The synthesis was pressure sensitive and there existed a maximum for DMC yield The amount of methanol showed significantly influence on the yield and selectivity of DMC Ni acetate proved to be the precursor of the catalyst The formation of DMC at supercritical conditions was proposed
