超临界直流锅炉启动系统的设计与运行

【摘要】 阐述了超临界直流锅炉启动系统的型式及设计原则。利用程序OTBSP对石洞口第二电厂配备的大气式扩容器型启动系统的超临界直流锅炉冷态启动进行了模拟,结果令人满意。最后,程序OTBSP对哈尔滨锅炉厂开发设计的配备循环泵型启动系统的600MW超临界直流锅炉冷态\热态启动过程进行了模拟,为该锅炉启动系统的设计及启动运行提供了依据。

【Abstract】 The type and design principles of supercritical pressure once - through boiler are described in this paper. The cold start of supercritical pressure once- through boiler equipped with atmosphere flush tabs start - up system located in Shidongkou Second Power Plant is simulated with program SP and the results are satisfactory. In the end, the program OTBSP is ed to simulate the cold and hot start of supercritical pressure once - throughboiler equipped with recirculation pump start - up system which is designed by Harbin Boiler Works, The results provide a basis for the design andoperation of the start - up system.
