二壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚(硫)磷酸锌三元配合物在水中的摩擦学性能研究
Study of the Tribological Properties of Ternary Complexes of Zinc with Di - (oxyethylenated nonylphenol) - (thio) phosphate in Water
【摘要】 采用四球摩擦磨损试验机考察了两类新型的水溶性抗磨添加剂——二壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸锌与三乙醇胺的三元配合物(ZP-4+TEA)、二壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚硫磷酸锌与三乙醇胺的三元配合物(ZPS-1+TEA)在水中的摩擦学性能。结果表明,两类三元配合物均有较高的承载能力和优良的抗磨性能,且ZP-4+TEA三元配合物的抗磨性能优于ZPS-1+TEA三元配合物。利用Auger能谱分析了摩擦表面膜的元素成分,并探讨了其抗磨作用机理。
【Abstract】 In this paper, the tribological properties of two novel aqueous antiwear additives( ternary complex of zinc with di - (oxyethylenated nonylphenol) - phosphate and triethanolamine,ternary complex of zinc with di - (oxyethylenated nonylphenol) - thiophosphate and trethanolamine) were evaluated by using four-ball machine.The results indicate that these complexes exhibit higher load-capacity and good antiwear properties in water. Furthermore, the elemental composition of the rubbing surfaces was investigated through Auger Electron Spectroscopy (AES). The acting mechanism was also proposed.
