切削液对切削力的影响
Effect of the Cutting Fluid on the Cutting Force
【摘要】 在切削加工中,使用切削液能显著降低切削力。切削液的表面张力愈小,最大无卡咬负荷P_B值愈大,切削液的润滑效果愈好,切削力愈低。此外,增大进给量和切削深度,会使切削液润滑效果变差,切削力下降的幅度减小。
【Abstract】 The cutting force can notably be deduced using the cutting fluid during machining. The less surface tension is and the larger PB value is, the better the lubrication effect of cutting fluid and the lower the cutting force. Besides, if the feed and depth of cut is increased, the lubrication effect will become poor, and the reducing extent of the cutting force will be reduced.
