脂润滑轴承静置状态下漏油机理及对策
Lubricant Loss Mechanism in Bearings Lubricated with Grease
【摘要】 脂润滑轴承在静置状态下的漏油问题一直是一个难题.本文旨在通过对润滑脂的分油及基础油在固体壁面的迁移分析,来探求脂润滑轴承润滑剂泄漏机理;同时介绍了在润滑脂中加入氟表面活性剂、改善轴承壁面结构设计两项措施来降低脂润滑轴承在静置状态下的漏油.
【Abstract】 Grease migration is a critical problem in bearings, used especially in modem precision instrument and household electrical appliance. An investigation of lubricant loss mechanism has been surveyed. The bleeding of thd base oil in greases and the texture migration of greases have been discussed. By adding fluorine surfactant to grease or modifying the lubricated solid surfaces, effective results can be obtainde to reduce the lubricant loss in the bearing lubricated with greases under static conditions.
