Cu-0.62Al2O3复合材料的致密化

【摘要】 本文在用内氧化法预制CU-0.62Al粉末的基础上,通过比较模压与挤压加工工艺对Cu-0.62Al复合材料的物理及力学性能的影响,研究该材料的致密化措施,表明冷等静压-挤压,能够达到该材料致密化的目的,并提出弥散强化铜致密化的三种途径。

【Abstract】 Cu-0. 62Al2O3, powder was prepared by internal-oxidation of Cu-Al powder in this paper. How the difference of the mold pressing-sintering-rolling and isostatic cool pressingsqueezing-rolling technology affected the physical and mechanical properties of Cu-Al2O3 composite was studied. The result showed that the technology of isostatic cool pressingsqueezing-rolling was a ideal method to obtain the high compactness. In the mean time, three ways to enhance the compactness of Cu-Al2O3 were proposed in this article.
