新型有机热释电晶体——酒石酸铵系列晶体研究

【摘要】 本文从晶体结构对称性的观点出发,寻找新型有机热释电晶体材料,选取了具有P21 空间群结构的酒石酸铵系列晶体作为研究对象,用水溶液缓慢降温法生长了酒石酸铵及其掺质酒石酸铵晶体,掺质分别为尿素、溴化铵和甘氨酸,研究了晶体生长形态并作了比较。测定了酒石酸铵系列晶体的红外光谱、晶胞参数和主要热释电性能。发现酒石酸铵系列晶体的热释电性能,其品质因子具有与TGS晶体相同的数量级。

【Abstract】 In this paper,the new type organic pyroelectric crystal has been researched from the point of view of crystal structure symmetry.The ammonium tartaric(AT) crystal of which has P 2 1 space group,has been selected as an object of study.The pure ammonium tartaric(AT),doped urea AT,doped ammonium bromide AT and doped glycine AT crystals have been grown by slow dropping temperature method from aqueous solution.The crystal growth morphology have been studied and compared.The IR spectrum,crystal cell parameter and main pyroelectric properties have been detemined.The results showed that of AT series crystals have pyroelectric properties and AT series crystals have value of factor of merit as large as TGS crystal.
