【摘要】 为探讨由广州中医药大学第一附属医院研制的可促进创面愈合的中药制剂广州愈创佳（ 为木豆等中药的提取物） 的药理作用机制， 选用ＳＤ大鼠３６ 只， 制作成开放创面模型， 并随机分成３ 组： 广州愈创佳组、磺胺嘧啶银（ＳＤ＿Ａｇ） 组、空白对照组， 采用免疫组化法观测创面愈合过程中纤维结合蛋白（Ｆｉｂｒｏｎｅｃｔｉｏｎ， ＦＮ） 的相对含量。结果表明， 外敷广州愈创佳可使创面中ＦＮ相对含量明显提高（ 与空白对照组比，Ｐ＜ ０．０１） 。说明广州愈创佳能够提高创面ＦＮ含量， 促进创面愈合更多还原

【Abstract】 To study the pharmacological mechanism of Guangzhou Yuchuang Jia(GYJ)in promoting the healing of open wound,thirty_six Sprague Dawley model rats with open wound were randomly allocated to three groups:Group A(GYJ),Group B(silver sulfadiazine)and Group C (normal saline).The content of fibronection in the rats was observed during the healing process of open wound by immunohistochemical method.The results showed that GYJ increased fibronection content obviously and the difference was significant as compared with Group C (P< 0.01 ).This indicates that external application of GYJ promotes the healing of wound by increasing the content of fibronection.更多还原
